Overview

1984 Kawasaki KR250A1

Celebrating Kawasaki’s Racing Dominance

To mark four years of lightweight 250cc Grand Prix supremacy, Kawasaki built the KR250A1 – a road-going machine inspired by the race-winning bikes of Kork Ballington and Anton Mang. Designed for the fiercely competitive 250cc Production class, it went head-to-head with the Suzuki RG250 and Yamaha RZ250, weighing in at 134 kg and producing around 24.5 kW at the rear wheel.
